This document states how you may return merchandise purchased from reportjewelry.com and when to expect your refund.
1. Return Eligibility (14 Days)
1.1 You may withdraw from the purchase contract and return any item within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.
1.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or damage, and include all original tags and packaging.
2. Responsibility for Return Freight
2.1 Return shipping charges are borne by the purchaser. You remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered back to our facility.
2.2 We strongly advise selecting a tracked service and retaining the tracking number.
3. Refund Authorisation & Settlement
3.1 Once your parcel is received and inspected, we will authorise the refund within two (2) business days.
3.2 Payment providers post funds at different speeds:

*The “Provider Posts Funds” column is controlled entirely by the payment provider or your bank.
4. Return Procedure
4.1 Email [email protected] within the 14‑day window, quoting your order number and stating your intention to return.
4.2 We will respond within one (1) business day with the return address and packaging guidance.
4.3 Dispatch the goods using the advised method and email us the tracking details.
4.4 After inspection, the refund is authorised pursuant to Section 3.
5. Returns Excluded
Requests lodged after the 14‑day period;
Goods showing wear, washing, stains, missing components, or damage;
Customised items or products explicitly labelled “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable”.
